32GB CompactFlash Memory Card 400x UDMA is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 527.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressed so far. I am sure that this card is as fast as the Canon 7D is able to handle. I put it in, formatted it in camera, and went hi-speed continious in RAW and large JPEG. I stopped when my finger got tired of holding down the shutter release. Very good stuff. I also recorded some 1080p video and never hit the camera buffer warning. The only minor issue I had was with my external CF reader. It is old and slow and would not recognize the card at all on my Windows PC or MAC. All files came across the USB cable from the camera itself fine. I have no opinon yet on reliability, as I have just started using it, but so far, so good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not real expensive, but very dependable. I have 4 of these 32Gb, and 2 of the 64Gb cards. I took them and my netbook along with a 320Gb portable hardrive on a 17 day tour of Europe last year. They all performed very well with my Canon 7d and 5d MKII.Shooting a RAW + Jpeg bracket(3 shots),I ended up with 21,000+ images. At night I would transfer the images to the hardrive or the netbook. I did not have any problems at all with any of the memory cards. The Transcend cards are the very best value available in memory cards. I have some SD cards as well, for my 60D, and they perform very good too. I would reccommend these to anyone wanting inexpensive, dependable memory cards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tremendous value I bought the 16GB version of this card over a year ago to use in my 7D, since the frame rate had me burning through my existing 8GB cards too quickly. It has worked without a problem since then, so when I found myself shooting more video (on both my 5D Mark II and 7D), I decided to move the 16GB card to my 5D, and go with a 32GB card in the 7D. When compared with other brands, the Transcend 32GB 400x gives a fantastic combination of performance and price - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who needs a high-capacity card with excellent performance, but can't justify the much higher cost of the more well-known brands (they know who they are).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My every-day memory card. Used for 2 months with Canon 5D Mark II and Canon 50D. I shoot about 30,000 images per year. Never a problem with this or older Transcend card (or other cards, to be fair). Having searched the Web, I see no reason for faster cards in my use, either for writing or reading data. Nor for ultra-durable professional cards, which would be overkill in a 5DII and 50D. I'm amused by recommendations to use several smaller, say 8BG, cards to reduce the risk in case of card failure. Card failure is rare, and there is no obligation to fill the 32GB before switching cards. The reserve capacity of the 32 suits me well, at a reasonable cost.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great price poor service! Bought this to use in a wedding and to take on a trip to Europe. Shot the wedding imported the pictures and some were totally corrupt. Total degradation from one picture to the next and I had NOT changed one thing with my camera! These cards are worthless! They are not dependable and I would NOT recommend them to anyone who is shooting something a serious as a wedding. Ill never be able to recoup these images and I had to give a refund! I have lost out TWICE as much as I had invested. Make them raise their standards on this card. It is not good at this point and im $ in the hole. I had bought 4. :( Very disappointing. Great price poor service! Dont forget it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Reliable Product I bought this card for my trip to Portugal and Spain for 10 days. I had a backup 8gb card if this filled up/failed while I was in Europe. I managed to take all the pics I wanted in RAW without even coming close to filling up the card (approx. 1600 shots w/ space for about 900 more). I didn't give it 5 stars because on 2 different occasions, my SLR showed a CF error. However, both occasions coincided with my battery being drained. So, I suspect, my card was not writing from the sensor while the battery was on its last shot. I do love the speed of the card and managed to keep with the hi-speed shots I took with ease.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fast card, lots of room I use this card in a Canon 7D, which is definitely faster with this card. I can hold the button down on the camera and the Transcend card will write the data as fast as the camera can take the shots. Haven't tried video yet, but if this card can keep up with writing full size RAW files in burst mode, it can certainly handle video. I've had SanDisk cards fail and lose data, but so far, the Transcend is a winner

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value This product really works great. It is very well built, strong and durable. This is the second one I buy. The first one was paired with my Canon 7D for several months and they are a good match. Enough space to go throught a full day session (more than 1000 photos on RAW at 18 Mega Pixels). Also the 8 FPS and the 1080 video work perfect with the speed of this memory. Even after upgrading the firmware on the 7D to the 2.0 version, this memory still shines keeping up the pace with the biggest buffer. This new memory I will use it on a Canon 40D as my second body. For the money you pay you got exactly what you need. After almost a full year of very heavy usage into the worst weather conditions, still could not found anything negative about it. I strongly recommend this memory. I'm taking my own advise and bought a second one.
