Pelco N3701H2V5A Color Camera

The Pelco N3701H2V5A Color Camera consists of an IP3701H-2 camera and a 13VD2.8-12 auto iris varifocal lens. With a high resolution of 480TVL, the IP3701H-2 camera has a 1/3" color CCD image sensor and can deliver as many as 3 format streams simultaneously (dual MPEG-4 at 30 ips & scaleable MJPEG) to any web-browser or recording device. With a minimum illumination requirement of 0.5 lux, the camera is suited for low-level night time surveillance and the extended dynamic range feature ensures clear image quality in extreme light conditions. The backlight compensation adjusts video gain to correct the exposure when the object being captured is in front of a bright light.

The camera can be powered through the 24VAC connector or through PoE (Power over Ethernet) thereby reducing installation costs. The lens can be changed according to the need as all C/CS mount lenses are supported. As many as 10 operators can control the camera simultaneously with the hierarchy decided by a secure multi-level password system. A BNC video output port is also provided for simultaneous viewing during installation and maintenance.

The Pelco IP camera API (Application Programming Interface) open architecture coding gives the flexibility to use third-party software applications with the system. Compatible with the Endura security system, the camera ensures optimized image quality and improved bandwidth efficiency; EnduraStor extends the recording duration at a lower frame rate, and EnduraView constantly monitors and automatically adjusts the system for the best picture possible.

Connecting via the included 4-pin plug, the 13VD2.8-12 CS mount lens features a direct-drive auto iris and has 4.3x optical zoom (manual). The manual focus lens comes with a spot filter and has a focal length of 2.8-12 mm. A relative aperture size between f/1.4 and f/360 allows the intraspot-type lens to perform across a wide range of lighting conditions.
