How to Write on Rite in the Rain

If the pages are wet or dry, you can use a standard pencil or an all-weather pressurized pen. If the paper is dry, you can additionally use permanent markers or standard ballpoint pens. Gel pens, highlighters, and fountain pens are not compatible as they use water-based ink that will bead and wash off the page.
