Mvix MX-880HD Overview

The Ultio Pro HD Media Center with PVR from MvixUSA is a network media player than can also act as a PVR when an optional hard drive is installed. It connects to your network via a standard Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi support can be added via an optional USB accessory. You can also connect an external USB 2.0 hard drive for file storage and access.

The player features full support for 1080p video via its HDMI interface. It supports a wide variety of file formats, and features an integrated BitTorrent client for direct file download from the Internet. You'll be able to stream data from UPnP/DLNA sources on your local network, as well as from popular Internet video sites. You'll be able to perform all file management tasks using the included remote control, giving you full control over your media even without a computer.

Network Media Playback
Supports network media streaming from a shared, password-protected folder of a PC or NAS or a server over Ethernet or 802.11n Wi-Fi. It features Universal Plug and Play (UPnP) support with an embedded Samba Client. UPnP allows for seamless integration with services like PlayOn, allowing you to stream video content from Netflix, Hulu, CBS, YouTube, CNN, ESPN and much more
Flexibility, Scalability and Portability
For movies, TV shows, camcorder footage and more, the Mvix Ultio is capable of playing dozens of digital media files and formats including DivX (3/4/5/6), Xvid, MPEG 1/2/4, WMV-9, ASF (WMV9), MKV, DVD (IFO, VOB), ISO, MP3, WMA, AAC, OGG, FLAC, and AC3.
