Compatible with HDV/DV compliant high def video the DV-186 can handle harsh weather and still provide still image playback thanks to Maxell's DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) lattice and a lubricant agent. When you're not shooting the cassette can be stored in the included impact-resistant case.
