I have had to replace 5 of these in less than 3 years on 4 different belt packs. They are not real sturdy. Only positive is the price. They could definitely be more expensive.

Will this antenna fit the Shure P10Rplus PSM1000 Bodypack Receiver ?
Yes, ibut/i... If you search your model on Shure dot com, you will find the antenna models under "Accessories." The answer is not which one fits, but in what frequency band does your pack operate? This will be a letter/number combination like "G10" or "J8" and is usually on the back of the pack on the label. The transmitter will also have this info. Each frequency band has a different antenna that is the specific length for those frequencies. Find the band, then match the antenna. Each antenna band also has a unique color on the tip to help you identify one from another if you have multiple bands in your setup.
