(Purchased for photography/astronomy use, but my complaints are applicable to any use) Multiple design flaws make this useless. While the construction is all-metal, the machining is so sloppy rendering this thing worthless. The dovedail (sold separately) does not mate to the rail smoothly at all, leaving the sight lose. Tightening the bolts enough to make it stay on, will result in it being stuck and crooked. The battery cover, once removed, does not go back on. All you can do is tape some metal to it and hope the battery stays in. The brightness selector wheel will stick if it gets under 50F or over 80F. Of all my years of buying things form BHPhoto, this is the only thing I regret purchasing. This thing is sold under several names by other brands on other websites, avoid all.

Where is the locking screws or is there only one? I only see a small screwdriver screw on the upper part and the Allen screw on the lower part. The documentation is terrible. It should show the locking screw/screws locations.
