Optimized for Zeiss DigiPrimes and DigiZooms, the DigiDiopter +1 is an add-on lens that also works on other high-quality 2/3" HD lenses with 95mm filter threads. It attaches to the lens by way of a thumbscrew and is used for extreme close-ups and wide-angle shots requiring shallow depth of field. The DigiDiopter's unique, achromatic dual-lens assembly delivers high-resolution, high-contrast images with minimal color fringing and spherical aberration. Using the same T* anti-reflective coating as DigiPrime and DigiZoom lenses, the DigiDiopter's self-centering clamping mechanism ensures an optimal fit while producing a minimal amount of stress on the lens itself.
