The front panel touch screen control allows easy operation. The playlist can be managed and a clip named from the front panel. The DVR provides simultaneous playback and recording; thus you can playback previously recorded footage in slow motion while the live recording is not interrupted.
The DVR offers a recording frame rate of 30 fps (frames per second). It offers 1080i interlaced scan and 720p progressive scan for the recorded images. Two 500 GB hard disk drives can store 18 hours of footage. With the USB 2.0 connectivity, you can copy data onto removable media. The RS-422 interface enables high-speed data transmission. The unit offers a 100 Mbit/s data rate per channel. A 4:2:2 sampling rate and 10 bit quantization ensure that the signals are reproduced with accuracy.
There are 8 embedded audio channels per HD video channel and 4 embedded audio channels per SD video channel. The genlock input enables seamless transmission of video signals.
