The Fast Forward Video HD3 is a Portable Single Channel Hard Case DVR/Controller designed for field use. The incredibly durable system can be hauled into virtually any environment without fail. Features include reviewing and recording material on location, simple removable drives for quick and easy post-production, and RS-232C remote control. Footage is recorded to the highly capable JPEG2000 codec, boasting 4:2:2 sampling, 10-bit quantization, and up to (8) embedded audio channels.
The case is easy to carry and comes equipped with a high capacity hard disk, which can be swapped out with any standard removable 2.5" HDD or SSD drive, providing additional recording capacity. Additional features include, loop recording, genlock input, instant clip recall, and variable speed control.
