question

HelloI have a question about the triple tie down straps. If I want to secure 4 tripods that are appx. 43 inches in length in one case, would the tie down straps secure the 4 tripods so they won't roll around in transit/travel?Thanks
Asked by: Anonymous
Yes. The straps will be able to secure anything that can fit within the case. It might also be advisable to pack around your most fragile items, to minimize excessive shifting. This will help the straps do their job, especially if you have extra room in the case.

Has anyone flown with this? Does it fit the oversized requirements of being below 80 linear inches? I don't see the height in the specs...
Asked by: Paul
49 in. W x 10.5 in. H x 10.5 in. = 70 Linear inches. ( 124 X 27 X 27 cm = 178 linear cm ). Most U.S. carriers have a max of 62 linear inches before considering it oversized. Per United's website, they charge $200 for oversized checked bags.
