The TV One IT-CT-420 CAT.5 Extender transmits RGBHV video signals of resolution up to 1280 x 1024 over Cat.5/5E or Cat.6 cable at distances of 590ft (180m). The 2 components of the system - 1T-CT-421 Transmitter and 1T-CT-422 Receiver - have very small footprints and thus can fit in a small place such as a table surface without needing a separate equipment rack.
The 1T-CT-421 Transmitter, which is a unity gain device, requires no adjustments for encoding of the signal. The 1T-CT-422 Receiver with gain and equalization control prevents any signal loss of high frequency portions by reconstituting the video signals. The CAT.5 Extender uses the unique TV One-task locking power connectors which enhances the overall system security.
