Has anyone ever packed these stands in a Think Tank Logistics Manager 30? I just want to know if the folded length is to long for that case.
Being that the folded length of these stands is 25.92 inches and the interior height of the Think Tank Logistics Manager 30 is 27.5, you would have room for the stands.

Minimum height of this light stand is given as 1.8' or .7 meters. 1.8' is approximately 27". 0.7 meters is approximately 27 or 28 inches. What is the correct minimum height for this light stand?
I meant: 1.8' is approximately 22"; i.e., 1.8 x 12 = 21.6" or approximately 22". 22" or 27"?? You answered the question. Thank you, Reuben.

Can someone tell me about the top attachments point? It doesn't look threaded; is it? Is it designed to come off? I'm accustomed to the male threaded stud for light stands, so how will I attach a light to this? Thanks
