The Samsung IA-BP125A Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Battery (1250mAh) is designed for use in compatible Samsung consumer camcorders, including the HMX-M20. The IA-BP125A features 3.7V and 1250mAh, along with the benefits of lithium-ion. Lithium-ion batteries can be charged and recharged without suffering from "memory effect", a condition which shortens the life of rechargeable batteries.
