    AT8314 Premium Microphone Cable - 20' (6m) is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 42.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working well so far I bought two of these to replace some VERY cheap VERY bad XLR cables that came with my mics (Package deal). So far they seem to be of significantly higher quality (mostly in the plugs which fit MUCH tighter and snap in place much more securely then the el-cheapo ones). They seem to be nice and quiet, although I haven't really done any serious testing with them, and at this point I'm just happy to be without the disconnects, pops, clicks and dropouts that were plaguing my el-cheapo cables. We will see how long the hold up over the long run. One of them will be my traveling cord the other will be used more of a studio environment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SUPERIOR QUALITY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE I needed some low cost, but well made and good sounding cables to do some live shows as I didn't want to take my Mogami and Canare cables from my studio out to the gigs for punishment. After being frustrated with the other lower cost cables I've purchased, I gave this Audio Technica cable a tryout. These cables are very well made, genuine Neutrik connectors fit my AKG and Neumann mics perfectly, unlike Monster's cheap Chinese ends. They sound really good too, their larger outer jacket provides superior protection to the inner conductors, and they're very flexible making them easy to postion on the stands and easy to roll up for packing. At last, I've found an affordable cable that offers truly professional build quality and sonics and can endure the rigors of the road!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good, solid cable For the price, it's a good, solid cable. The metal end pieces are a nice improvement from the hard plastic on my Monster cables, which I'm always worried about crushing/breaking, and they stay well attached to any XLR connections I've used without being a pain to pull out again. Works for me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable and high quality cable I'm using this cable to connect my Rode NTG2 mic to a Zoom H4N audio recorder. Although I haven't done much with it yet, it performed well in my brief test.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Cable Talk to an Audio Engineer Specialist of mine and he said this was a good quality, cheap costing cable. There was another cable that he prefered over this one, but it was $10-12 more. I went with the cheaper one. The important part is the heads of the cable. They need to be Professional Neutrik Connectors. I still need to use the cable for a couple months to see how well it's built.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Durability l just recently purchased my microphone cord and love it. Not only is the cord needed, but durable. l am an indie film maker and I shoot in fast, busy and harsh conditions. my cord so far has been stepped on, ran over by bikes, exposed to wet ground and its still going...
