Audio-Technica Shotgun Microphone Windscreen

Audio-Technica recommends using the AT8132 shotgun microphone windscreen (B&H # AUAT8132) for the AT835B, which is the model for the windscreen that is included with the mic.

While the ID works fine on a 21mm wide mic, the inside depth is 6 inches. I know because I’m using it right now and measured it.

The measurements for this windscreen aren't listed, but it is sized to fit the Audio-Technica BP4029 (AT835ST) model. The measurements of that mic are: Length 9.29" / 236 mm Diameter 0.83" / 21 mm If needed, you can cut the screen to fit on shorter mics, but when used with a longer shotgun mic it will need to cover all the mic's side ports to be effective. If your mic is similar in length and diameter to the BP4029, there is a good chance it will fit well with no modification.

It will fit but is designed for a microphone that is about 3 longer.
