Use these to store old photographs. Easy to organize them and can write on the lines on the outside of the envelope so you know what photos you have in there. Fit neatly into the box that is made for this size . B+H was great to deal with. Had what I wanted, kept in touch, and quickly mailed them out to me. Nice company to deal with .
I'm in the process for sorting, saving and purging photos from 4 generations. These are extremely helpful in sorting by years/dates and events. When I'm done purging, those that are left will be easily stored in archival photo boxes - to be easily dispensed as requested by extended family members and other relatives. And, my kids will easily be able to decide what they want to keep or let go.
