Tamrac 5784 Evolution Messenger 4 Bag

The black 5784 Evolution Messenger 4 Bag from Tamrac is a versatile, slim-profile 600 denier PolyTek with ballistic nylon messenger bag that converts from a camera bag to a briefcase. The bag can carry a D-SLR camera with a lens attached, 2-3 additional lenses (including a 70-200mm f/2.8), and a flash. There are 2 compartments; a foam-padded camera compartment called the "shuttle", which features adjustable, foam-padded dividers and a foam-padded compartment that can hold most laptop computers with a screen up to 15.6". The zippered top opens away from the body for fast access to a camera with a lens attached. Gear can also be accessed by unbuckling and lifting the top flap.

To convert the Evolution Messenger 4 to a briefcase, simply remove the shuttle from the bag using the handles. The main compartment can then be filled with files, paperwork, or other business or personal items. To convert it back into a camera bag, just slip the shuttle back in. There is a front zippered pocket that has paraphernalia pockets to organize discs, business cards, a phone or iPod, pens, pencils and other items, a zippered pocket on the front flap is perfect for keeping keys and tickets readily accessible. It also has 2 mesh side pockets for a water bottle and accessories and a zippered back pocket that stores a notepad or magazines. The case uses the M.A.S. (Modular Accessory System) attachment slots to customize the bag with optional accessories. The bag is carried by a handle or an attached, adjustable shoulder strap.
