Kata VB-510 Video Backpack

The Kata VB-510 Video Backpack (Black) is designed for medium and small compact HDV camcorders such as the Sony PMW-EX3 or similar with or without mattebox attached with accessories, tripod, laptop with a screen less than 17" and personal effects. There is a main compartment that can store and access gear from both the outside of the bag or the inside and a rear laptop compartment. It has 4 padded zippered pouches around the main compartment that can store and access the gear from both the outside of the bag or the inside. These pouches simply conform to the shape and size of the camcorder within, thus functioning as both protection and storage devices. An additional top detachable pouch and bottom pad are supplied with the backpack and can be removed when the space is needed for a larger camcorder model or when a mattebox is installed.

The VB-510 Backpack has an Elements Cover with mesh pouch that protects against rain and inclement weather and an all purpose work mat for working in the field; simply spread it out and use it to protect the backpack or gear from outdoor dirt and grime. An integrated tripod sling which is concealed within the front pocket has a tripod holder to carry smaller tripods. The case is carried by a front handle or a signature advanced ergonomic harness system that contains padded straps, a sternum strap and a padded adjustable waist belt. It also has an Insertrolley sleeve connection for placing backpack over rolling case handle.
