Most flash PC connectors are big, chunky housings that jam up against the case and are hard to pinch and remove. These are smaller, no less rugged, and can easily be grasped by two fingers.

depends if O Olympus OM_D EM5ii has as sync out, YN560II has a sync in I use this cable with Dotline hot shoe flash sync adapter and Yongnuo flash on my Sony A6000.
