Sync Cord - Male PC to Male PC - 6' (1.8 m) is rated 3.7 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from It Works! First of all - it works, so that's good. 6' is a good length too. A little longer would be nice sometimes, but for 90% of the shooting I do - 6' works. Not really a whole lot to go wrong here... These are non-locking PC connectors, and they fall out easily. That's really the only reason I knocked it down to 3 stars. You have to double check every now and then to make sure it's still plugged in. A little piece of tape would hold it to the camera/flash good. The only good thing I can think of about how loose the fit is, is that if it ever snagged on something or someone tripped over it - it would come unplugged before knocking over your camera/flash. Overall, it's a good cord and it works. I just wish the fit was a bit more snug. Locking plugs next time...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cheap flash trigger accessory I have the Canon 50D and 580EX flash. Took a bit to figure out I needed a male-to-male connection cord to make this work. I didn't want to dish out the big $'s for radio triggers and this was a really lost cost option. Works as expected. Make sure you use elastics to secure the cords from pulling out by accident.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far its holding up I would give it 5 stars but I don't feel like I've had it long enough to justify a perfect rating, lets see in another 2-3 years how the cord holds up. I use this sync cord for my Hasselblad SWC903, my Leica M4's or if I need an off camera flash with my M-A. Ive been using the same cord for all three cameras and with no complaints. I might just have to buy another one as I purchased this 6ft long one initially for a job but it rolls up nice and with the little wire it came with I just tie it up to the desired length with no problems. The price is cheap enough to justify another though I usually only have one camera with me and like the option to move the flash if needed. I have no complaints this cord works and thats all I ask of it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Steven Barall I have been using pc cords for 35 years and I have plugged in and unplugged them thousands or times. All of times I have used pc cords with view camera lenses, Hasselblad lenses, camera bodies and light meters I have NEVER had a metal pc tip separate from the cord. The very first time I used this Impact cord the metal tips on BOTH ends separated from the cord. The problem is that the metal tips are not molded into the plastic they are just glued in. Luckily this happened when I was testing the cord and not actually on a job. I had other Impact brand pc cords that I purchased at the same time I got this one and I returned them all to BH. This is not a professional product and I don't know why BH is selling it. Good luck everyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's a cable, it works. The cable does what I wanted it to do: it fires my flash up to 6' away from the camera, which gives me a little more freedom to place the flash than my off-cmaera shoe cord. It's a little loose when connected to my Canon equipment and does not specifically screw into the PC sockets. However, the socket covers can hold it in place on both ends and it does fire the flash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Economical start I use this sync cord for product and portrait photography and it works great for the price. Great for someone on a budget looking for an economical alternative to radio triggers and just starting to get into flash photography. Connection does not lock to camera or flash but this is not too big an issue for casual use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1/4 Worked I bought four of these for a classroom. Two came with some sort of glue or white powder in the connector that kept it from fitting. After testing a third cord to make sure it worked I removed it and the metal spacer/fitting came unglued from the cord and remained on the female connection on the top shoe converter. If it was just one cord I could say I got unlucky but 3/4 bad cords seems like a bigger issue to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly made Straight out of the box, the centre pins on both the cable plugs were bent off-centre and unusable as supplied. I gave this a one star rating because I shouldn't need to fix a brand new cable. I realise that I can bend them back to centre but these pins can only be be bent a limited number of times. Poor manufacture and quality control like this doesn't instill much confidence in the product overall.
