Available here in a 1/2-grade intensity, this 4 x 4" Cavision Soft Mist Clear Filter softens and lowers contrast slightly and diffuses both highlights and shadows slightly. It helps balance the tonal range of an image and is suitable for creating a classic soft film look or a more dreamy appearance. This filter will add more of a "glow" to your image. This filter should be used when you want a deliberately diffused look. Depending on the strength of the filter chosen, your photos may take on a certain classic Hollywood appearance.
