Sony NIPROS ST-7 Shoulder Mount Adapter for PMW-EX3 / EX1 / EX1R

The NIPROS ST-7 Shoulder Mount Adapter for PMW-EX3 / EX1 / EX1R from Sony allows you to operate comfortably with a PMW-EX3, EX1, or EX1R mounted on your shoulder. Shoot with better stability and comfort while enjoying power-management features that allow you to power the camera and an accessory (a light or a monitor) via a Sony V-mount battery.

The mount features a standard V-mount battery plate, so you can extend the camera's operating time beyond what the standard battery allows. It's positioned at the back of the unit so the battery (not included) will function as a counterbalance for the rig. The ST-7 features 12V DC power in and out (both via XLR 4-pin). Three BNC connectors provide convenient relay outputs for monitoring.

Featuring a shoulder pad for comfortable operation, the ST-7 adapter attaches to your EX3, EX1, or EX1R via a standard 1/4"-20 screw and a video pin. At the bottom of the shoulder-mount adapter is a foot that enables quick attachment to Sony's VCT-14 and VCT-14U tripod plates, which are designed for shoulder-mount camera models.
