The Interfit Replacement Lamp for Monstar Light (150W) is a daylight-balanced fluorescent bulb for the Monstar 3 light. The Monstar 3 holds 3 of these fluorescent bulbs, for a total of 450W (equivalent to 1800W in a tungsten bulb). The cool-running fluorescent lamps are much easier on the photographer and the subject, especially if the subject is a person or food.
