Power Meta Brain Technology
Toshiba's Power Meta Brain engine deploys a powerful LSI (large-scale integrated circuit) that uses five advanced technologies to achieve 10-bit processing for all stages from input to output. This means that the colors you see are more accurate and the transitions between colors are smoother.

10-Bit Video Processing
10-bit video processing maintains the 10-bit quality of input data during video processing, which produces over one billion colors, resulting in more natural picture creation. While 8-bit technology can produce 16 million colors, 10-bit produces 64 times as many. The result is a much more realistic picture, delivering all the vivid color intensity that was present in the original source.

3D Color Management
Most TVs have a color adjustment knob, but the 32AV600E TV goes beyond this simple control. You are able to adjust hue, saturation, and color brightness separately for each of the six basic colors. This means that you can adjust skin color or grass color, for example, without affecting the other colors in the picture.

Intelligent Backlight Control
Precise adjustment of the backlight behind the pixel array is necessary to obtain optimum picture quality. In the 32AV600E, the brightness of the backlight is automatically adjusted according to analysis of the brightness and location of dark portions in each scene. Deeper blacks in dark scenes (where dark portions cover most of the screen) are reproduced by reducing the intensity of the backlight, resulting in greatly improved contrast.

To deliver uncompressed all-digital video and multi-channel audio signals for a superb high-definition experience, Toshiba has incorporated two HDMI inputs into the 32AV600E. You get uncompromised images and sound over a single advanced digital cable.
