question
how do you use this mic when recording to say a tascam 70d???
The Shure WL93-6 features a 4 pin female connector (TA4F) designed for connection to a Shure wireless system transmitter only. This version will not connect to a recorder such as the DR-70D. The Shure SM93 is the same microphone and ships with an XLR preamp that can be powered by a recorder that offers XLR mic inputs such as the Tascam unit.

question
Is this compatible with the Shure wired SM93 Preamp?

question
Do they have this in a mini jack version, so I can connect it to my h1?
A Zoom H1 will not support the necessary power requirement for a Shure WL93. The WL93's condenser element requires 5+Vdc to operate whereas the Zoom H1's powered 3.5mm input provides only 2.5 volts of plug-in power. To ensure compatibility with your H1, you will need to select another plug-in mic that either has a condenser or MEMS style element with a lower power requirement or has a dynamic element requiring no power.

question
Will this 6 foot mic work with the the SM93 XLR preamp?
Yes, it will. If you already have the Shure 90A4360 preamp, you can use any WL93 with in a wired application. If you do not yet have the preamp, you have two options based on what cable length you need. If you need 6' of cable, you will have to purchase the mic and preamp separately, but if you only need 4' of cable you can simply purchase the SM93 which already includes both the mic and the preamp.
