I have never had any issues with any of the Hosa cables I've used in the 15 years I've been working as an audio engineer. These cables are no different and I love the right angle connector. I makes it so much easier to make sure the connector stays secure and manage the cable in a clean way.

I have a rode Na1-2 mic and was wondering if a XRL to 3.5 mm jack would let me use the mic with my Macbook pro? thanks!
You would want a female XLR end for the mic, so a XVM-101F, but it could technically work if your computer has a 3.5mm mic input. Best regards, Hosa support.

question
Can this cable be used to replace the sketchy XLR Rode Adapter for the Rode Film Maker Wireless connection from the Receiver to Camera/Recorder?
For the Rodelink receiver, the VXLR adapter is the most commonly used. As an alternative output cable we recommend using a cable with locking connector for proper operation and secure connection. The Kopul Deluxe wireless receiver cable is available. https://bhpho.to/2joLItk
