Acer AS5251 Overview

The Aspire AS5251-1245 15.6" Notebook Computer from Acer is a 15.6" notebook computer with a wide 16:9 aspect ratio. Designed with multimedia performance in mind, the computer is also up to such tasks as e-mail, school work, and financial management. Its multi-gesture trackpad and full-size keyboard make using the computer comfortable and intuitive.

The computer's display features a LED backlight, which delivers more uniform brightness than traditional CCFL LCD panels, while at the same time eliminating the need for a warm-up time and reducing energy use. Its CPU features AMD Vision Technology, which enhances graphics and multitasking performance.

The system is powered by a 2.2GHz AMD V-Series Processor V-120 CPU and boasts 3GB of RAM, a 250GB 5400rpm hard drive, 802.11n Wi-Fi, an integrated webcam, and integrated ATI Radeon HD 4250 graphics. Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) is the installed operating system.
