The large black Freehands Men's Unlined Fleece Gloves are unlined fleece gloves with a full digital palm grip. There are reinforced, overlapping finger caps and an elastic wrist cinch that keeps cold air out. It has a plastic hook to hold the pair together.     I absolutely love these gloves! I buy 2 pair each year and blow them out or lose a pair by the time the next year rolls around ;) They are pretty tough - not as tough as proper leather or cordura options but that's ok anyway. Love the folding back pointer and thumb finger tops with the magnetic stays... they work and allow you to use fingers while keeping the rest of the hand covered. Not perfect for working in wet ice or rain all that much but very good for being able to wear gloves and do small work with cameras or gear while wearing them.

    There are complaints about the inadequate ...

    There are complaints about the inadequate protection of these gloves. Could they be part of a pair of gloves used inside larger gloves for photographers above the arctic circle?? Plan: Remove the outer ski gloves, use camera for a brief while, then replace the outer gloves.
