question
which cavision focus ring for arri follow focus ? 0.6 or 0.8 gear pitch ?
ENG video lenses are 0.6 gear pitch. For cine work, the standard is 0.8 gear pitch. Therefore ARRI follow focus devices are cine 0.8. I know, for I used them for many, many focus pulls on often very unpredictable actors.
