A replacement item for Kalt stainless steel developing tanks, this Lid with Cap protects the film from light during development and also prevents chemistry from spilling during inversion agitation.
This lid is compatible the 35mm single roll, 120 single roll, 7", and 12" stainless steel tanks.
I process between 150-200 rolls of BW film in my home out lab. I use many sizes of stainless steel tanks/reels and these lids work perfect. One of the cans I use holds 14- 35mm Hewes steel reels. These lids stay on even fully upside down and do not leak.
I used this to replace the cracked lid of a no-name stainless steel 4-reel tank that was 40 years old. It's a good match. Somewhat tight, but the right size.
