This Bigblue FF-3x5W AFO LED Focus Dive Light (Emerald) is a compact but powerful LED focus light featuring the Auto Flash-Off function. Today's modern digital cameras have very accurate auto focus features but they require a certain light level and contrast range in order to function. Sometimes this is a problem underwater, so having a continuous light mounted above the port will help the camera to focus. The FF-3x5W AFO is perfect for this purpose since the Auto Flash-Off function will automatically turn off the light for 2 seconds when your strobes fire. This way the focus light will not affect your photo even if you are shooting at a slow shutter speed. The FF-3x5W AFO is powered with 8 AA batteries, both Alkaline or NiMH will work. It has a burn time of up to 12 hours. The light has a Hi-Lo power output switch that lets you choose between, Hi at 100%, or Lo at 70%, extending the burn time and reducing reflections on objects at close range. The light is constructed from aluminum alloy, and is anodized, to be anti-corrosive. The FF-3x5W AFO can also be used as a primary light for some diving situations.
