The Lorex Professional Long Range Outdoor Security Camera delivers an ultra high resolution of 540 TVL and uses a powerful IR LED system to illuminate the surveillance area in the dark to a distance of 130'. Intelligent IR Technology regulates IR power according to available light levels. This prevents the system from applying too much IR illumination and overexposing the image. At the same IR illumination is turned on, the camera will switch from color to B/W mode, thereby enhancing image visibility during nighttime hours.
Together with the camera's weatherproof design, this will allow the camera to be installed outdoors in areas where there's often little or no light like entrances, driveways, pool areas, or loading docks. Included with the camera is a sturdy wall mount bracket that also serves to hide the power and video cables once the camera is installed. This will enhance the camera's visual appearance while preventing the wires from being tampered with.
