Unfortunately, the Sony VCL-ECF1 E-Mount Fisheye Conversion lens is only compatible with the Sony 16mm E-mount lens for mirrorless cameras and is ot compatible with the Sony HDR-XR260VE.

The Sony VCL-ECF1 is designed to be used only with the Sony 16mm E mount lens and is not compatible with the Sony 20mm lens.

The VCL-ECF1 E-Mount Fisheye Conversion Lens is designed for use solely with the NEX 16mm f/2.8. These are not compatible with the Sony A65. If you are looking for a fisheye lens for the A65, you might look at the Samyang 8mm f/3.5 lens for Sony Alpha Mount (B&H # SA835S).

No, this conversion lens is not compatible with the RX100 camera. It is designed to fit specifically with the Sony NEX systems 16mm lens to convert it to a fisheye perspective. Unfortunately there is not any similar option for the RX100 camera.
