    Slik SH-736HD reviews

    SH-736HD 3-Way Panhead is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Couldn't be happier I ordered this part to use with my slider that I purchased and was in need of more angle options than the standard screw on straight forward option. After doing a lot of research this unit fits the bill perfect i can adjust to practically any angle I need and it holds my camera Canon 5d markIII nice. Im learning to use my gear and I'm doing music videos in no way I'm a full on professional so i don't need the high priced units that cost over $300 on up to get the shots I need. Very happy with it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does all I need, and very well I find this tripod head easy to use and very precise. This is the first head of this type I've purchased so I don't have a lot to compare it too, but I find it easy to use and very sensitive. It's very well thought out, as you can screw one handle into the other which creates one very long and usable handle for panning. It also makes for easy storage without any handles sticking out sideways.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Note the tripod thread size My experience with this tripod head was limited. This head only has a 1/4-20 mount for screwing onto a tripod. My tripod has a 3/8-16 screw, so this head wouldn't fit. This info isn't in the specs or product info, but some people do mention it in the product Q&A section. I wish I had read that section ahead of time. Check your tripod before buying this head to make sure they are compatible. Since I couldn't mount it on the tripod, I just played around with the head without a camera on it. This head felt well-made. There was some slip-stick behavior when tilting. The drag controls actually make a difference. The handles can nest inside each other for storage. This seems like a nice head and I wish it fit my tripod.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great head I use this on my Alta Vista tripod. It is easy to use and holds my DSLR with my heaviest lens. I can position the camera any way I want. I often use the center column in the horizontal position. With this head, I can shoot with my camera in both portrait and landscape mode depending on my subject. I personally find this head easier to use than the ball heads I have used. I am buying a second one for my primary tripod.
