The Pelco PMP26B Public View Monitor (26" / Black) is a 16.9 format LCD offering a native resolution of 1366 x 768, a horizontal resolution of 600 TVL, a response time of 8 ms, and a viewing area of 576 x 324 mm.
Designed specifically for security applications, the PMP26B monitor is equipped with a WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) camera pointing in the direction the monitor faces. The 1/3" pixel-based imager adjusts for lighting conditions by pixel, thus ensuring the best image under difficult lighting conditions and allowing for installation in brightly lit entrances. The 3-9.5 mm varifocal lens offers auto iris and manual focus/zoom controls with a wide viewing angle and a horizontal resolution of 504 TVL.
The PMP26B Public View offers 2 composite looping video inputs and an output for the internal camera video. De-interlace and 3D digital comb filter reduces visual artifacts such as dot crawl for improved video quality. The built-in memory card reader supports JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, progressive), MPEG-1/2, and DivX (version 4.x) formats and allows preloaded presentations to play continuously. Using the built-in motion sensor, the monitor switches to surveillance mode when a person walks through the detection zone, whereas built-in light sensor helps conserve energy by switching to sleep mode when the lights go out. In addition to a wireless remote control and a 24VAC power supply, the PMP26B monitor comes with 2 integrated speakers and mirror and PIP modes for enhanced surveillance control.
