Using this plate with my OConnor 1030D. I left my plate on another piece of rental equipment and wasn't able to get it back for another shoot in time, so I had to buy a replacement. Works as I expected after reading that it was compatible for the 1030D.

It takes some Googling to figure out that Vinten is a parent company of O'Connor. So if you're looking for a spare plate for your lovely O'Connor 1030 head, this is the one.

The Vinten V4045-1901 Camera Mounting Plate can be used with Vision 8AS and 10AS. But if you are working with the original Vision 10, the correct plate is the following model:

Is this the correct camera plate for an conner 1030ds head? This is the part number that comes up on oconners site, but it looks slightly different... any help appreciated.
Yes this is the correct part. Remember that the OConnor 1030 can also have 120mm Camera plates. So as long as your head has this particular receiver than this is what you want. This is the standard plate for the 1030.
