The sky is the limit if you have the output to support it. optimal install height is determined by output of lighting.

Any 5600K bulbs will fit ?

You could with an adapter but those would be fluorescent bulbs and those will not be bright enough to really light anything. If you did want to try fluorescent bulbs you can this adapter, http://bhpho.to/13wQVVi. I want to mention again it will produce very little light using that type of bulb.

Can one of these be hung from a typical drop ceiling?

It is not recommended to do that. The softbox without any lights in it weighs about 148 lbs. So it really needs to be attached to beams in the ceiling. But for that you need to contact a contractor for the safest route.

Are there any joints on the surface of white silk 10x30'?, can they be cleaned if they are dirty on the surface of white silk?

The Chimera F2X Light Bank with Triolet Light Kit (10 x 30', US) silk does have seams. Also, you can hand clean it very carefully.
