The Comely Productions CC85 Extendable Jib Arm is used to lift the camera 13' above the ground and extend it up to 85" from the fulcrum. When coupled with standard sturdy tripods, the jib arm is ideal for high-angle shots or shots which need the camera to move across a long distance horizontally, vertically, or both.
Constructed of high-grade aluminum with a black powder coat finish, the CC85 Extendable Jib Arm is easy to setup and does not require a tripod head. In addition to a wide tilt range, it offers a smooth tilt control to the camera. The light / microphone mount is used to connect light accessories or microphones directly to the camera, while the monitor mount can be used along with an optional 12' RCA monitor cable to connect video monitors to the camera.
Weight bars located at the top and side of the CC85 Extendable Jib Arm can be used as crane handles and removed or repositioned when not in use. The weight caddy acts as a counterbalance for the camera end to move through an extended arc
