The Konus Pocket Microscope is a powerful 50-80x magnification microscope with an extremely lightweight and portable design. It features a built-in LED illumination which provides bright, clear images with superb color balance. It is so small and light that it fits easily in your pocket to bring with you anywhere. Images are rendered inverted, because it does not have any prisms in the optical path (this is common to high-magnification devices). Also included with the microscope are two AA batteries.

LED illumination renders subjects in high contrast with lifelike color

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Works just OK Purchased this to read info on microdots. The focus is not precise enough at the highest magnification for this type of use. Would work fine for kids or field work where the focus is less important.
