AppleCare OS Support - Select from Apple provides an IT department level of support for your enterprise-level iOS, OS X, or OS X Server deployment. With this plan you get up to 10 Help Desk incidents over the course of a year for your organization. What kind of support do you get from Apple? This is problem-solving that requires the use of a command line to resolve issues.

The AppleCare OS Support - Select plan also includes AppleCare Help Desk Support and AppleCare Help Desk Tools. AppleCare Help Desk Support provides up to two designated contacts with an unlimited number of support incidents for software installation, launch, and use; hardware and software diagnosis and troubleshooting; and issue isolation for Apple-based solutions.

The contacts also will have access to AppleCare Help Desk Tools, a library of downloadable diagnostics for Mac hardware, and AppleCare Technician Training, the only Apple-developed, Apple-approved online service certification training available.
