The Yamaha DTP502 Drum Pad Set features 3 TP65 tom pads, a PCY155 3-zone ride cymbal, a PCY155 3-zone crash cymbal, a RHH135 2-zone hi-hat, a HS650A hi-hat stand and a KP65 kick drum. This set is intended specifically for the Yamaha DTX550K Electronic Drum Kit.
I purchased this set as a building block for what I really needed that was not available in any of the Yamaha sets. The pad combination is perfect to add an XP100SD for the snare and whichever controller/brain you choose, providing a more cost effective way than buying items separately. The set comes with a HiHat stand (already had 2, so did not need), but I'll try to sell or trade separately. The bass drum trigger (KP65) may be sometimes unstable for playing herder. The RHH135 hihiat is simply impressive in control and response. A real alternative to other more expensive drumsets if you are looking to build your own configuration.
