The Veracity Outreach Quad Lite PoE-Powered Switch can be installed when extra network connections are needed, expanding network range to multiple devices. The network range is doubled as the switch connects to other network devices over 328' (100m) of Cat 5 (or similar cables), and the Outreach network extender can expand the range further.
The PoE-powered switch offers rapid installation and reliable power delivery. The ports of the Outreach Quad Lite PoE-Powered Switch are completely self-configuring for speed, duplex, and crossover, thus removing the hassles of user configurations.
As the PoE-Powered Switch offers 4 remote non-PoE Ethernet ports from a single PoE-enabled Ethernet connection, 16 network devices can be powered when it is connected to Outreach Quad. The Veracity's Outsource PoE injector can be used in conjunction with the Switch for networks without PoE.
