MiCon 1 Connector for Rode MiCon Microphones (Sennheiser) is rated 3.6 out of 5 by 12.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of junk If I could get away with a NO STAR rating I would. First of all, the product I received (although Micon 1 stamped on it) had no locking screw. Secondly, the stem on it is too thick to insert into the plug. I was hoping this would be better than the one that came with the lav since that one fell apart after only a few uses. Due to the price, it wasn't worth returning, let alone hoping to get a better replacement. I have Sennheiser lavs I can use. Thought this would be a good spare. Ill just use this lav with equipment not requiring the Sennheiser configuration.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Invest your money into a better headset. I 100% agree with the review from Church Audio Guy this adapter is built poorly. if you don't handle it with the greatest care and know what you're actually doing then the casing can easily unscrew instead of the whole connector from the body pack and the tiny wire inside just breaks off and your connector is done. I honestly don't even know why RODE made it come apart. poor design of theirs! it should have been an enclosed adapter and that way they wouldn't break. broke a couple of them in last few months. people want to unscrew their headset from the body pack and break it. Also just FYI if you are screwing the connectors together with the wire, please don't over tighten, the threads snap off super easy! anyways, invest into a better Headset

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't Waste Your Money My church has been through 3 of these connectors in two months. The connector itself isn't durable enough to hold up to the normal wear and tear of a weekly set-up and tear-down. When it works, it works well but it breaks too easily. Everytime you try to unscrew the connector from the belt pack you run the risk of also unscrewing the black covering over the connector. If that happens, the very tiny cable inside the connector breaks and destroys the connector. It's much to delicate to use in a mobile environment.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Permits smooth upgrade Works fine. The tiny MiCon connectors require care and patience to hook up without damaging anything. I hope they are sturdy and reliable over the long term. The adapter allowed me to upgrade to Rode Lavalier mics from the ME-2 microphones supplied with my Sennheiser G2 wireless systems, a noticeable improvement in quality and significantly smaller and easier to hide.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Piece of Gear I use this with my Sennheiser G3 transmitter. It is well built and fits the jack tightly. I like the fact that with the Micon connector, I don't have to have several mics each with different connectors. My only concern is that the Micon connector threads are very small, so I don't know about the long term viability. Time will tell about that.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ride MiCon 1 connector I was in stump on what the correct item name was before I called. The customer service gent was top notch at finding what I was looking for and saved me money shipping by having me meet the minimum costs. These connectors work fantastic without one glitch and would highly recommend them.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Piece of junk If I could give this a no star rating, I would. The stem is too thick to fit in jack. And, if it did, it wouldn't lock anyway as there are no threads.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'll be back. Testing a new Rode mic, I needed to connect to our existing transmitter and this little jewel worked perfectly.
