The Boris FX Continuum Chroma Key (Win) allows you to create a precise keyed composite with minimal adjustment and supports NLE software such as Adobe After Effects, Apple Final Cut Pro, Apple Motion, and Apple Final Cut Express. It includes 5 easy real-time operation tools, namely, BCC Chroma Key, Light Wrap, Color Match, Grain Match, and Matte Choker.
Using the BCC Chroma Key filter and Spill Suppression, you can apply the key and adjust the density. The BCC Matte Choker allows you to adjust the blur, choke and softening along the edges of the key.
Tuning the filter to reflect the background image over the edge of the keyed foreground image can be obtained using the BCC Light Wrap; this results in a natural-looking composite. To make the clips appear like they were shot by the same camera, you can use the BCC Match Grain tool to sample the grain from the background and apply it to the foreground. To add the final touches, you can use the BCC Color Match tool to sample the highlight, midtone, and shadow regions in an image and blend the background color and luma value into the foreground.
