The Aquatica Replacement Optical Bulkhead Connector Assembly with Cord Adapter is an optical strobe connector assembly. The connector allows you to access TTL with cameras that have a built-in Pop Up flash, when the flash is in the open position. This will only work if your camera's housing has room for the flash to open. Up to 2 independent strobes can be connected and triggering, and exposure management is done via the camera's internal flash. This unit includes a Sea & Sea type angled plug (# 18936) and a dual straight cord adapter (#18937) as used by Inon and others.

Great backup Connector

I added this bulkhead connector to my housing as a backup to my existing optical bulkhead connector. No worries about o-ring maintenance or electrical connections with this well made unit. Works with pop-up flash on camera body. Works great. The reflector was not as polished as original from Aquatica, but appears to work fine
