Small, compact, light-weight, and well-made case. Perfect for four Leica 49mm filters. Protects them well, but doesn't eat up space which is at a premium in a Billingham-Leica bag.
Junk, bad velcro

I have four of these, and should have not bought the last two. In the photo, you can see how the lid doesn't close down snug, that's because the velcro is sewed on in the wrong place, and isn't long enough for you to adjust it. So it only attaches if you attach it loosely.
I own two mind shift filter cases, and those are much, much better. Stay away from these. I haven't tried out the Rugged, but if on a budget I might go that route. The interior black makes it harder to find/see your filters.

Will the Tiffen 82mm variable ND filter actually fit? It doesn't in some cases advertised as 82mm capable.

The Tiffen 82mm Variable Neutral Density Filter would be a very tight fit for the Tiffen Large Belt Filter Pouch (4 x Filters 62-82mm). This is because it is thicker than most filters, and the front diameter is larger than 82mm. A filter pouch built for 86mm or larger would be a better option.

We do not list a weight for the pouch, however the pouch and package it ships in is listed at 0.145 lb, so the weight of the pouch is less than that. It is quite light.
