Intuos4 and Cintiq 21UX Airbrush Pen with Stand is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty specific use Bought this with a Cintiq 27HQ pen display. The stand is different from the art pen and standard pen and it comes with extra nibs that are not shaped like any of the other ones included in the two pens just mentioned. The stand also doesn't store the extra nibs to my knowledge. Unless you are using software like Photoshop or Corel, I would pass on this pen.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well on 24HD This pen takes a little getting used to and you have to play with the brush settings to get it working the way you want to but after about 30 minutes I had it going good. Has a different feel and I'm looking forward to a longer amount of time with it but it is a typical excellent wacom product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It's a keeper When I first picked it up, it felt clunky, it's so different from the pen that came with the Wacom.I forced myself to use it and within an hour it was perfect. I put in the spring tip and set the button on top to ALT so I could erase without turning the pen over and took the feather from 100% to nearly zero and painted the noise out of the sky on some old photos right to the edge of mountains. It really feels right now. I can put the other pen away, this is my pen!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The Wacom Airbrush is good, but not what I expected. I was under the misconception (which is my fault) that the airbrush would some how feel like using an airbrush. That it would have some sort of functionality before the nib hits the tablet. This is not the case. The airbrush is actually just like the Wacom pen that came with the Intous4, with one minor addition. The pen wheel. In Photoshop it applies best to the airbrush pre-set with the Jitter option in the Transfer section set to use the wheel. This will get you a pretty good airbrush effect. It can also be used to affect anything else that can be controlled dynamically in the brush palette in Photoshop as well. The pen feels good and sturdy in my hand, and is definitely up to the quality of Wacom pens. If I had the opportunity to purchase this product again after testing it out, I would definitely still purchase it. It is however not a necessary tool for me as a graphic designer, but might be if you solely do digital painting. I have heard that this product works well in Corel Painter. I do not have the software license for Painter, so I can't speak to that. The pen wheel is cool, and is the only feature on the pen that I feel is anything uniquely different from the original pen. I was also very pleased with the price for this on B&H. It is surprisingly the cheapest I could find it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but not SATA Use this product for editing photos and artwork. The feel of this product for size and weight is realistic, but it needs a finger trigger like contol, as found on real Air Brush guns from companies like SATA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wacom Airbrush Works Great I bought the airbrush for my brother as a present. It took a little bit of practice and some online research for tips on how to use. It works remarkably similar to a real airbrush.
