    Hiro H50194 reviews

802.11n Wireless USB Network Adapter with 5dBi External Antenna is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Remote Computer is no longer remote We have an older computer located in a room of our house which is remote from the wireless network hub. This computer is for the use of any overnight guests or occasionally for our use, however, we never knew when it would access our home network and when it would not. In desperation we looked for an alternative and read about the Hiro External Antenna. Well, this great device blew down the walls. Now when we want network connectivity -- it is there -- everytime -- with a strong signal. We could not be happier with this purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I wanted This wireless USB adapter is a perfect choice for the home PC. The antenna is up away from the floor and easily put in a convenient location. Install was easy and it just does what you would want it to do. I used this to connect the home PC to a Verizon 5-Spot access point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works extremely well! Purchased after my previous adapter died. Just out of curiosity I used inSSIDer freeware to see how many local WiFi points were in range. I was surprised to find 26 and counting. Even more surprised to find most set up on the default channels! 7 on ch 1, 11 on ch 6, 6 on ch 11. Take time to check for a clear channel (if possible) when you set up your network! This adapter and antenna combo really pulls in the signals. (even with a 20' USB cable link) I am extremely pleased with it and highly recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working as advertised I've only had the item installed for about a week but it is working well. I am getting fast internet via Wi-Fi on my Windows 7 pc. I can't compare to the other similar products but this model was recommended by the phone salesperson and was in a middle price range. I was easily able to mount the antenna out of the way on the back of my computer desk since it comes with a cable. Very satisfied.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I will advise my friends to buy The range is as advertised, picked up an additional 8 networks. Just having a small problem it is connected to the network but not the internet, I feel it is my error having a friend look at it to see what I am doing wrong

Rated 1 out of 5 by from May work for some This antenna may work for some people but did not work for me. It would randomly disconnect me from the network but still show full signal. I am also overseas so that may have something to do with it...
