Sling Strap Adaptor (Black) is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from A Great Way to Convert to a Sling Strap I wanted to try a sling strap but I didn't want to connect the strap to the bottom of my camera (I use battery grips and was concerned the tripod thread could pull out of the grip.) I looked all the options and this one seemed the best and was was inexpensive, too. It's not perfect but it does work well, as long as you attach the strap to the left side strap lug on the camera and not the right side one. As many have pointed out, the strap will get in the way when you shoot verticals if you attach the strap to the right side of the camera. It's fairly comfortable but could be a little more substantial (although I am not concerned that it won't hold the camera.)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but only for left shoulder use I looked at the sling market to upgrade my Canon original neck strap, feeling more comfortable with a shoulder wear. This adapter looked like the right choice, not being sure the stability of using the tripod mount for other (more expensive) slings. The fabric is solid and easy to attach to the regular strap points on the camera. However I found out that the sliding can only work when weared on left shoulder, with the camera under your right arm. I would have loved the ability to change the sliding side, having my camera under left arm. Other than that, I'm very happy with this strap/sling, which serves its purpose well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love OpTech products, but... Its a good product, it's just that I am too tall. As soon as got it, I fastened adapter to my neck strap. It worked as advertised, The buckles fastened securely, and the strap gave no doubts as to its ability to carry my camera and lens safely. It is well-made,(what else, it's OpTech?) but the strap was too short for my height, letting the camera and lens hang uncomfortably high. (for me) If I were of average height or less, it would be a great, economical addition to the OpTech stap system, and a good way to carry your camera and lens. On a camera without the need for it, the second Uni-Loop connector was just in the way, although easily (permanently) removable

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great alternative to other sling straps I used this kit to retrofit my OpTech Envy strap into a sling-style strap. This gives all the advantages of a Black Rapid/Sun Sniper style strap, without the disadvantage of taking up the tripod screw socket. I threaded mine right through my Markins QR plate and voila... a quick-disconnectable sling strap is there whenever I need it, yet without interfering with my QR plate. I love it! The price is right, too. Even if you have to buy an OpTech strap, it's still less expensive than any other sling strap setup!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OP/TECH does it again if you wont to get a slang strap well here's one for you if you got a op/tech strap like i do the op/tech pro strap you can buy this and snap it onto it and now it's a slang strap i do suggest you get a d-ring that screws into the bottom of your camera if it dont have a place for the strap to attached to so u can use the d-ring to attached it to i really like the way the camera is at my hip i can hang onto it and move it in front of me when i am going through a crowd and its security to me in case i drop the camera it wont hit the ground i think its a great thing to have.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't work well for me I really like my Op/Tech straps, but this sling adapter does not work well for me. It is easy to connect to the camera and works as advertised. However with the short connectors provided, the strap always blocks the viewfinder when you hold the camera in portrait orientation. It is slightly better if I uses some of the longer system connectors that I have, but only slightly, and then the camera also hangs down a little too low on my hip. For a sling strap solution, I will stick with the Sun-Sniper Strap Pro that I have.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Option for Op/Tech dual harness I bought this as a smaller, lighter option to the dual harness for times when I won't be doing a lot of telephoto-ing. It doesn't distribute the pressure as well as the harness (only one shoulder!), but it serves my purpose.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great deal if you already own Op/Tech I bought this sling adapter simply because I like to wear my camera across my body rather than around my neck, and this allowed to me easily adapt the Op/Tech neck strap I already owned into a sling. It's inexpensive but it works, and I like the fact that I can quickly convert back to my neck strap if I choose. If I wasn't already an Op/Tech user I don't know if I would purchase this strap over some of the other slings that are out there, but for me it was an very inexpensive add-on.
