This new power adapter is smaller and lighter than the one that came with my mixer, which is great. What is not so great is that the plug is loose in the jack, and I have to wiggle it to get an electrical connection.

Bad fit for the Rolls MX124 mixer

It's supposedly the correct power supply for the Rolls MX124 mixer, but the rubber casing on the plug is too big to fit into the mixer's case. It had to be shaved down. Once that was done it did its job as a power supply OK. Does this void the warranty?
Brittle wire!

The Rolls equipment needs a mains power supply for peace of mind and it does the job. A small design flaw I suspect is that the metal wire used is quite brittle and prone to cracking if flexed too often. It would be nice to see one made with stronger and more flexible wire.

This is a better quality unit than the original that came with my older Rolls headphone amp. A more durable cord and right angle plug. Thanks B&H for quick shipping!
